How is the game on PC?

Been waiting a long time for this to be on PC. (I’ve already played it on PS4) but anyway how is the game? I didn’t pre order it because I was concerned about functionality on launch and if it would be buggy.
Another question is it true that they are requiring you linking a PSN account like Helldivers? That’s what I heard but not sure the validity of it.
