So I might as well say a bit about myself and my motivations.
I work for a remote-first organisation and my position allows me to travel and work in different countries. I have been a fan of African music (& culture) since Fela Kuti's 'Shakara' opened my ears to the beauty of African (esp. West African) music. Here's a mix I did a whiles back. I think living in Ghana would be quite an adventure but I am not so arrogant that I underestimate how naiive my white arse would be landing in Accra without some serious preparation and some help from the likes of you.
So some questions I have: * I know English is spoken but I am not sure how easy it would be for me to get on. (I have no facility for languages so the chances of me learning any of the local ones is slim) * I definitely need a good, reliable internet connection to do my work, what's the deal there? * How safe is it in Accra / the countryside? I have heard Ghana is quite a safe place but I presume it's not advised to travel the country solo? * Malaria medicine is likely to make me crazy, not sure what I will do about this. * What's the Guinness like there? All the Nigerian stuff? (I don't mind it but it's a little strong!)
