So I’ve been extending for 6 months since June. I use the phallosan but I only use it around 3 hours a day, I’ve measured the amount of force it uses and at maximum tension it’s 9 pounds about 4kg or 4000 grams I use half that roughly 2000 grams and I use mild heat to progressively stretch during the 3 hours by turning the screws as I move past the 2000 gram notch in the extender so I’m always at 2000g and slowly stretch beyond my BPEL. So far I’ve gotten to just under 300 hours of wear time. If understand if I hadn’t made any progress at all instead the opposite has happened and I’ve actually lost size roughly half an inch. I’ve taken rest breaks over two weeks long and my EQ is fine. I measure in the morning and I consistently measure the same way. I’m confused as I don’t understand how this has managed to reduce my size? Any advice?
