Erect bends n squashes while clamping....ok to do?

So is it OK to do these during majority/all of 10min clamp set? I know clamping is about internal pressure n I can really rev it up doing these throughout the session. I usually do 2 sets of clamping in between 2 15-20min sets of pumping. I still wake up with raging boners so I think my eq is ok....any other things u guys do while clamping?
