I've been doing a length routine for several months and am fairly close to reaching my length goal (7"), I've been doing compression hanging 5 days a week for an hour total and pumping around 3 times a week about 20 mins total. I've gained length fairly quickly but haven't gained any girth yet.
My question is, my girth is slightly above average so I don't want to do anything risky at all, I know my penis can handle 3 sets of 10 mins up to 7hg. I don't want to take any significant injury risk but I would like to increase girth between 1/4 and 1/2 inch from current. I read allot about clamping being the most effective but is it worth the injury risk? Once I stop my length routine and focus 100% on girth, I could slowly increase my pumping sets, do you think girth gains with pumping alone are likely? Any other suggestions for the safest possible girth gains besides pumping? Thanks in advance.
