So I've read a PE story in the past where the main characters method of growth was using a pump to lightly tear the tissue in his penis and then having some sort of medical nanobots injected into him that repaired the damage in such a way that the stretched growth from the pump remained permanent.
Do you think something like that could even be possible?
What is everyone's thoughts on the possible use of stem cells for penis growth?
Does anyone have any other suggestions that overall seem fantastical and fantasy but in some way kind of sound plausible?
