The first five weeks my routine is: - 10 min warm up (I bought an electric warm pad) - 100x helicopter clockwise - 100x helicopter counter clockwise - 50x JAI stretch 2 seconds - 6 minutes stretch in 6 directions (incl. BTC), 30 seconds per direction - 10 minutes of jelqing - During the day about 80 kegels spread over the day - During the day about 80 extra JAI stretches during the day (toilet visit)
The first week (started today) it is three times PE, with therefore two rest days in between. Week 2 I have one rest day in between, week 3-5 I work up to 4 days PE and then a rest day. During the first five weeks I work my way up to 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing. In five weeks I will be adding additional variations to exercises. I will investigate this further and let you know in due course. Iām a early bird, so I get up at 5.30AM to do PE. Then I still at 7.00AM at the office.
My girlfriend took this photo yesterday. The first piece of the ruler is blank and is exactly 2cm. So my cock measures almost exactly (2 18=) 20cm BPEL. I also can't press it any further against my pubic bone, into my fat pad, so this is a good solid base. After five weeks I will measure again and do an update.
