Stumbled across this forum some time ago, was opening up my relationship (closed for other reasons) and always thought I was below average. Started trying this out, figured I'd roll with some manuals before anything.
Results so far:

Routine:
Manuals only. Week 1. In shower, hot water streaming onto my crotch.
- Helicopter 30 second per side
- Left Pull 1min
- Right Pull 1min
- Straight down 1 min
- (Week 4 only) BTC 1 min
- Front pull with minor (70 degree and 110 degree) side to side movement 1 min
- BD's Girth Routine
Week 3 - Angion 2 was incorporated
Week 4 has been the same as above except with 30 seconds added onto each.
Supplements
Zinc 5mg
Vitamin D
Will look at incorporating L-citrulline but would like to explore the side effects (short and long term) before commiting.
Verbatim Results:
I've always had great EQ, this has taken it up a notch. I cannot tell you how good it feels to have a better flaccid hang. Wife noticed in week two a difference in length, at one point I was definitely over the 5.5 mark for Girth during sex.
Closing thoughts/Open question
BD - mate this is a game changer and I thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. It's great to see a community coming together on something that is so sensitive. Mental health issues in men is a real thing, and I honestly believe that one aspect of this is the way men feel about our members. I see all these comments around porn and the gross body dysmorphia it can cause in people so I really do think you are doing a great job in transforming peoples mental states when it comes to this.
Hink - Shout out to you as well, same goes for mental states of men but I really appreciate the effort into research you do. I'm not much of a reader but the way you articulate things I can sit through, read and understand.
Remaining consistent with PE has had some ancillary effects on my day to day such as I have a much more consistent schedule of going to the gym as I typically incorporate PE once I come home for a shower.
Question:
I'll continue to do manuals and the angion, I wonder if these two paired for some weeks will actually increase the responsiveness of other methods of PE - instead of jumping straight into pumping/hanging. Interested on thoughts.
