Anecdotal: Currently doing manuals.

Routine Windmill - 60sec / 30 sec each side Base - 60 sec (still feel like I’m not quite doing this right) Left/ Right pull - 60 sec each Straight down - 60 sec Straight pull - 60

On the straight pull I’ve noticed that I feel a nicer feeling straight pull with a slight (like 10-20 degree either side) left and right straight pull.

Feels good, in the stretching sense, but also have noticed that I get a good temporary length increase. Is there some physiological reason why this may be the case or is it just physco-magical 😂
