It’s been a few years since I last did my PE, but I think I’m ready to be back.
I was super into PEGym, but looks like that forum is no longer there? When I started my journey a few years back, I was at 5.5 BPEL and MSEG at 5. I had my progress on an excel but can’t seem to find it, so I measured yesterday and I’m currently at 6.5 BPEL and 5.5 MSEG
My goal is to ideally get to 7x6. So I have some ways to go. What would you recommend as the best exercise routine to pick up again?
I used to do 3 days on, 2 days off where I’d start with manual exercises, then finish with a bath mate for 15 mins.
I feel like PE is a growing community and new ideas and methods keep coming up, so I’d like to hear your thoughts on what would work best in my current state. Thank you!
