Hey, I’m new around here and have a few questions.
I’m currently following BDs manuals for beginners and I’m just wanting to know.
1) How often should I do this and what results have people had from manuals alone.
2) I have a silicon cock ring that I can use as well, when/how do I integrate this into my routine?
3) I’m looking to add another inch or so of girth, not really interested in pumping, is this possible with manuals?
