Recently I thought I might have hard flaccid due to my inability to maintain an erection without stimulation, I have tried some pelvic floor relaxation stretches from a post Hink made a while ago, but they haven't seemed to help.
How do I know if what I have is hard flaccid or a weak pelvic floor what are the signs of both is these conditions? Because I'm honestly not sure what's won't with me. In the past when i used to do normal kegels here and there, it would improve my EQ , should I try to do some normal kegels and see if it does anything, or is that too dangerous? I appreciate any insight or advice anyone has to give.
