Hi all, just a post to get peoples thoughts and opinions.
The long and short of it is I’m so pressured at work and stress that I am only working in ten minutes of manuals each night as part of night time routine. Was wondering if this is even worth it or will some veterans will tell me I’m wasting my times.
I’m currently doing 4x1 minute holds (down, left, right and out) with 1 minute behind the cheek stretches in between each hold.
Now I know some people might say why not do more but it’s about working in what I have given my other life commitments. I work over 12 hours a day and when I get into bed I need an hour to destress and fall asleep, I can’t afford to be doing manuals for 30 minutes and then settling down for the night.
Any thoughts or opinions appreciated!
