I made a previous post asking whether simulating the penis while clamping was ok, and I have been told that clamped edging is necessary for the clamping to be effective, but I have now also been told that excessive kegels while edging is bad and can cause pelvic floor issues. So does anyone know how to avoid excessive kegels while doing clamped edging? Or if I should even be doing clamped edging in the first place? (BD had stated in one of his q&a vids that clamped edging is bad) would appreciate any insight/help. Thanks
