Hey team! Thanks for all of the great resources and support on this sub. I'm a few months into my journey and have been fairly consistent but things like travel and work events sometimes get in the way.
My general routine: length & girth manuals 6 days/week, 2x30min @ 5-6hg pump every other day, 1 day rest. I recently added massage gun warmups as well.
Sometimes I don't have time to do manuals before/between pumping, so instead I just skip that day. Would it be better to pump without doing any of the warmup/prep? Is this a "time under tension" thing or is it potentially harmful without proper warmup?
