So I have always dabbled with PE and belive I have seen some results over the years but have not been consistent or well documented. My question is with all of these tools I have accumulated over the years and new resolve what is the best routine using the most effective tools? (I don't really plan on using the bathmate unless anyone has any good reasons to incorporate it) My measurements as of 20 mins ago are: BPFL: 4.5 FGMS:4. BPEL: 5.75 EGMS:4.5
I'd love to create a simple yet effective routine, that utilizes these tools to increase girth, length, and flaccid size and hang.
Ps. I take Adderall and I know it reduces blood flow and makes me smaller does anyone have experience with this drug and PE?
