Wondering what realistic goals I should set.

I am currently (from pelvic bone....more fat pad than I care to have) 7" EL and 5.75 EG. I'm waiting for my PE extender to arrive and am looking forward to getting started. Could I get 8.5"-9" EL and maybe 6.5"-7" EG with a combo of extender/hanger and vac pump/clamping?
