In an email that I received, I was told that I should expect my purchase to arrive by March 10th. It is now March 11th and according to the tracking of the package, it hasn't even been shipped. What caliber of customer service does Penimaster have?
It seems that they do not put much, if any, effort into making themselves accessible to customers. Is this just something where I should accept that it's going to be another two or three weeks at the least, rather than what they claimed it would be?
I don't care if it takes 4 to 6 weeks, just tell me it's going to take 4 to 6 weeks. Don't tell me it's going to be here on March 10th and then say well I'm sorry it's April 5th.
Has anyone else found that the tracking on their shipment gets updated every 5 to 6 days rather than when things change?
I'm kind of frustrated. I would expect European companies to be better in their customer service than American companies based on the cars I have owned and the things I have purchased from European companies.
Anyone care to share their personal experiences with this company?
