Ultrasound with simultaneous device use?

Hi
Ready to purchase an ultrasound device - recommendations welcome, willing to spend the extra on best device but ideally need something i can travel with - my question is, can you use devices - vac hanger only i guess? - while applying ultrasound pen or whatever at the same time?
Otherwise doesnt seem much point as dick will cool down during the set
