Hi all, due to limited privacy and a hectic work schedule I am only able to use my phallosan forte plus for about two hours (just under most nights) a day. I have enough tension so that I can feel a stretch and the base digging into my fat pad.
With my time restraints I know hanging would be a better alternative however I just don’t have the privacy/space.
That being said I’m going to stick with my current two hours a night and see if I get any results. Just wondered at what intervals I should check, every 100 hours? 1000 hours? Etc…
Also wondering if consistency is more important than time under tension. Say I miss a night would it be better to try and get four hours one night on a weekend or just treat the day as a rest day.
