Doing bundled stretches early in PE

So I'm on my 3rd month of PE and seeing how working the tunica is key for girth gains, n bundles are supposed to be great for that. But I remember reading in another PE page that doing them too early in PE journey might be bad long term as ull toughen ur tunica too much that down the line, girth gains can be exponentially more difficult. I can do them fine, can do a hold of 2-3min on each turn with no issues. So far in 3 months, with PF, pumping, manual stretches, I've gained about 0.5-1cm in both length and girth erect. How true is this?
