Bundled stretches for newbies bad?
Post Body

So are these really bad for a newbie starting out PE? I've just clocked 100hrs with my PF and air pump/mod jelq for 30 minutes 2-3 times a wk. Been reading how great bundles are on breaking down the tunica, the key to good PE, especially girth. I was gonna do 3-5min of flaccid stretches to warm up b4 my pump/jelq session but was wondering if I should throw in some bundles as well? Or maybe alternate them with the flaccid stretches. Currently I'm at 4.8x4.8 so definitely looking to add to those both.

How long is the hold and how many sets is good?
