As most of us know, hanging is the most time effective way to elongate the penis for advanced PE practitioners. There a few different types of hangers, Compression, Vacuum, Noose and the “wrecking ball”
First thing to state is they all work, the science is the same, the only difference is how they attach to you. 80% percent of guys will have no issue with any of them. While 20% will have an issue with one of them. (Like if you have sensitive skin stay away from vacuum hangers)
To clear some of the confusion, I listed the Pros and cons of different types of hangers below
Compression
Usually uses a clamshell design to grip the penis along the shaft and applies tension to the shaft. Good for people worried about blisters or are prone to them.
Pro
- Can use more weight
- Little to no chance of blister
- No pressure on glans
- One size fits all
Cons
- Must be taken off every 20 minutes to restore blood flow
- Higher weights mean higher risk
- Wraps can cause dry skin on shaft
- Can pinch turkey neck
- Causes skin migration without the proper items to mitigate (IE turkey neck, base tenting)
- Not the most comfortable
Vacuum

Uses a vacuum bell over the glans and uses suction to stay attached to the penis. Its a multi-use tool and is good for the majority of men.
Pros
- Can be worn up to an hour safely
- Does not impede blood flow, rather it limits/ constricts
- No skin pinching
- Enlarges the glans
- Can be used as an all day stretcher
- More comfortable than compression (this is my opinion)
Cons
- Higher chance of blistering
- Can not use as high of weight as compression
- Causes skin migration without the proper items to mitigate (IE turkey neck, base tenting)
- Sizing can be difficult

Grips below the glans using some friction and compression to stay attached. Good for tinkerers and guys that don't have a few hours to sit stationary a day.
Pros
- Can be worn for extended periods of time
- Made for your penis
- Can be worn around the house
- Actively stretches skin
Cons
- Requires gravity ( Straight down and BTC hanging only (unless you plank like its 2011)
- Stretches skin ( some guys don't want more skin)
- You have to make it yourself
- Can pinch
- Sizing can be difficult
- Skin abrasion (speculation on my part)
Noose
There is only one type of hanger you should stay away from and that is noose hangers.
they apply all the pressure to just below the glans which can cause significant nerve damage over time.
