Has anyone here tried filler-based penis enhancement and run into issues with proportions? My main concern is that the glans (head) won’t increase in size, so the shaft might end up looking unnaturally thick compared to the head. I’ve seen some results where this imbalance is really noticeable.

Also, I’m an extreme grower, so I’m wondering how this affects the flaccid look. Since fillers mostly impact girth when soft, I’m worried it could make my flaccid size look awkwardly thick compared to when I’m erect.

Edit: i’m a big user of cock rings, and I noticed they engorge the glands quite a bit when being work…so I thought as a workaround to having a potentially disproportionate shaft, was to wear a penis ring during sex.
