I wanted to post my results to provide some encouragement for us smaller guys.

For some context I'm 37 and originally found PE 1-2 years ago. I did some newbie measurements. BPEL 4.5 | BEG 4.5. Started with a Leluv pump with gauge and an Apex extender with a vacuum cup. I am uncut with a somewhat tight foreskin that added some "discomfort" and resulted in me not being consistent. I did it for maybe 1-2 months off and on. I saw "gains" with BPEL 5 | BEG 4.5. I put gains in quotes since I was new and this could be accounted for by errors in measurement method, erection quality or newbie gains. I did feel bigger and longer in my hand so I counted it as good.

Now I'm back doing more PE. I lost some weight over last year and decided to get serious about PE. Started on November 13, 2024. Got a book to do logging, watched the latest videos from Hink and BD. Started doing interval extending and pumping. I do use BD's calculators on PMP to verify the strain.

Extend 1 min x 10 at 5-6 lbs then 5 mins x 3 at 5-6 lbs.
For each set I disconnect, reset my stopwatch, mark the set in my book, re-hook and start the timer again.
Once extending is done I clean things up and take my after extending stretched length and verify it against the calculator. Oh I do use the water trick with the vacuum cup. Never had any blisters. Just some discomfort if I don't get the cup on right and my foreskin gets in the way.

Pump 2 min x 6 at 5-7 inHg.
Each set, get hard or close to it, pump up and start the timer. I watch the gauge and re-pump if things are leaking. I have noticed if you aren't fully hard you don't feel as "full" even when your pressure goal. Once the timer is done, release the pressure, move the tube so you know the pressure is completely released. Reset timer, mark set done and pump up again. If I went soft I use my imagination to get me back to hard so I can feel the pressure again. Once done, get hard again if not and take my post pumping measurement to see if it matches the calculator then clean things up.

Before I did my set today I was BPEL 5.6 | BEG 4.6. That's combined with weight loss and 2 months of serious PE. Of course I don't doubt that there are newbie gains, better erection quality or still measurement errors. But it does feel good to see numbers going up and feel bigger in the hand.

Every 3-4 weeks I plan on adding additional working sets. Another 5 mins extending and another 2 mins pumping. I think it was one of BD's videos that recommended adding sets over time. As well as taking a week off to give extra recovery time.

For the uncut guys, I will say that as I've been extending and pumping more my foreskin is less tight. I'm hoping that over time it will no longer be an issue. I am able to fully retract it when extending and pumping though it does feel tight.

My goal would be NBPEL 5.5-6, I think that would be BPEL 6.5-7. For girth I'd like BEG 5. So a long way to go but with time and more weight loss I should get to it.

Remember, this is not a sprint, its a marathon.
