Is compression extending worth it?

Post Body

I recently bought a best extender but have trouble with keeping a vacuum.

I read on this forum that many others experience the same issues. I feel like buying different size cups and sleeves to find “the magic combo” will be very costly and shipping takes ages (i live in the EU).

I was thinking of buying a malehanger and use it with my best extender. Doing 1 hour compression extending in sets of 3 x 20min (with 10min breaks to restore bloodflow).

I know it will be more uncomfortable than vacuum extending, but i just don’t see a way in keeping a good vacuum. Compression extending sounds a lot easier imo.

Any members with experience? Thoughts?

Thank you!
