I had a prominent protruding ligament like structure along the length of my shaft during an erection after pumping. Since this is the most erect I have ever been, I've never seen this before and I just wanted to discuss it since a lot of people here understand penile anatomy better than I do.
I did not take a picture (no one wants to look at it anyway), so I drew a basic representation. It was a straight fiber that started from the center top of the base and along the length to the left side of the glans. It was maybe 1-2mm thick and felt just like a tendon. I imagine it's normal and maybe only visible because of my peyronie's disease (shape and leftward pull).
Of course, I'll ask my urologist during my next appointment, but that is a month away. I figured I could ask and discuss it here while I wait and maybe I'll learn a thing or two about anatomy.
