Vibration for the WIN!!!

It's been a few days since I extended with vibration and I did things differently this time. 1. I brought the power level down to 30% from 40-45%

  1. I turned off the motor when I could "feel" it becoming too much For me this was about 5 minutes into my 2nd 10 minute set. So 15 minutes total vibration

  2. I did 2×10 minutes without vibration for a total of 40 minutes extending

I measured in the Apex and I was 6MM longer than what I usually am at the end of a session!! That's HUGE!!! Especially since it was half the time I'm usually in the extender.

I've never been this long in the extender. After 15 minutes of vibration and measuring I was 1MM longer than I usually am 50-70 minutes of regular extending.

I will say I got a sharp "shock" on the top of my shaft during vibration which caused me to stop. It was painful enough that i thought it best to turn off the vibration.

Idk if its because it's breaking down plaque or what but I was able to relax for a minute and resume my session without any issues. I'll be mindful of this going forward. I have a really good mind muscle connection so I might only need 10 minutes of vibration instead of some people using up to 30.

Taking a rest day today but will update with any new information and progress
