No elongation with vibration?

I've been using vibration with pumping for the past 2 weeks using BDs protocol.

40 minutes extending, then 2×10 minute sets in the pump with a few minutes of rest in between the sets. The expansion I get doing that is insane.

I've never been able to fully pack a 2" cylinder all the way to my glans but after 3 sessions of vibration I'm packing the tube in 10 minutes. So vibration with pumping gets a 10/10 from me.

You'd think id get great elongation doing the same principle for length, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I strap into the Apex and use the same DIY setup that BD is using.

After 2×10 minute sessions I didn't have to adjust the Apex 1 time. Tension stayed the exact same.

I took the motor off and then my length starting moving.

Wtf is up with that? How is it so successful with pumping but I'm not getting any results with extending?

I'm not sure if I have the velcro on too tight or if I need to put the motor on the top bar like some people recommend.

Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated because I feel like the odd man out not getting any elongation with vibration.
