Hey everyone,
After taking a 1.5 week break due to my misguided judgement, I feel like I can finally start extending again. I have listened to everyone’s advice and stuck with 5 pounds. I was just wondering if I’m doing it correctly and have attached pics. I am at 5 pounds currently and I feel like I can’t really feel a stretch but if everything looks good, then I will stick with this and slowly up my weight instead of being an idiot and jumping to 10 from the get go which caused my pain/injury.
