Leluv Hand pump question

Hey everyone i started getting back into the routine and I wanted to use my Leluv hand pump. However, when I pump, I can only get it to 5hg before my hand gets tired. Is there a way to keep the pressure consistent until I choose to get rid of it? For reference, I also have the electric leluv pump and that contains the pressure with me having to constantly repump?
