Why do people struggle with blisters?
Post Body

I have been doing pe for about a year now and using the HOG for six months. I use the water trick and totalman cup. I routinely go to 15lbs. Sometimes 17-20lbs for a minimum of 5 minutes in sets. Total time between 30-45 minutes per session nearly daily. I have never had a blister or even close. Should I do a video on how i do the water trick? I think people are making it more than it needs to be.
