Hi all so I am not new but have struggled to keep and maintain my routine just simply because I don't have enough time in the day to do what I would like PE wise. I find a large portion of my PE time gets taken by the set up/clean up.
My question is what intermediate routine would work best with the least time using my male hanger, air pump (usually in the shower) and ADS ( which iv had mixed luck with). I know things have changed big time with interval stuff and I know the more time doesn't necessarily mean more growth which wasthe school of thought some years ago.
My thoughts would be hanger, pump, ads with heat for pump and hanger. Also should vibration be added anywhere into that mix. Let me know if that order makes sense as well as what you guys do to build efficiency and keep your routine going strong.
