Does anyone have any experience training while sick?
I know when it comes to the gym we don't want to train and allow our bodies to recover before getting back into a routine.
Does the same thing apply for penile tissue? I haven't trained in a couple days since I don't know how it will effect sessions.
Stretching doesn't sound too bad but the thought of girth work at the moment sounds like hell on earth.
For reference I have a fever and thats why I think I might be overly sensitive to sessions rn and don't want to cause an injury.
