Is edema stopping me from hitting 6?

Hi everyone, I have been using the electric Leluv pump but have struggled to cross 6inches. Is my edema the reason? Whenever I’m done, my head becomes very swollen and my foreskin can’t close over. Usually have to wait for 6-7 hours for the swelling to go down. Any tips to for more length gains ?
