Whats up boys. From my last post I discussed how I wasn't gaining.

I'm happy to report my new routine is making leaps and bounds in progress already.

Length routine 5 minute warmup in heat pad Tunica scrapes 5 minute BFR massage 4 minutes bundled stretches in device (2 minutes each way) 3 rounds of BDs pulse stretches

6×5 minutes in Apex 5×2 minutes interval pumping at 35 kpa

Girth routine I either do this in the PM after length routine if my EQ is doing good and I have the time, or I do it the following day. 1 day length, next day girth, keep repeating the cycle.

Same warmup and tunica malleability as length routine. 4×5 minute cable clamping with 2 clamps AND pushing down on head to really get expansion.

My dick has never been so active. I'm easily getting over a dozen erections a day randomly, and I'm staying at a decent chub size most of the day. Waking up with erections so hard I feel like they could go through a brick wall.
