I've been pumping religiously for 4 months now. I track almost all my workouts. Measuring pre and post girth with a cock ring. Theres been less than a handful of times I haven't hit 6% expansion. I average 7-8% every single session. Started with EOD and worked my way up to 5 days a week. Started at 8 Hg and worked my way up to 10hg of interval pumping (20 minutes total)
4 months later....0 gains. Not even 1 millimeter.
It's quite discouraging because I have not been cheating myself and been consistent. Guess I'm one of the poor guys that's not lucky enough to gain with pumping alone.
I finally made the switch to hard clamping this week since I think I have enough experience at this point.
Is anyone else such a poor responder to pumping? Is hard clamping the move at this point or should I say screw it and go back to length training even though I want more girth? I'm using alot of pressure for the recommended time AND I've been hitting the expansion needed with minimum edema.
