Does anyone else find an OCD-like comfort or a feeling of satisfaction from being ritualistic with PE?

To give some depth/detail… I have an L-shaped gaming desk in that I sit at to do my PE routine (apart from my bathmate which I use while showering). Because I know I will be seated and VAC hanging for at least an hour, but more than likely 90 minutes, I get my desk set up as a sort of PE station and I lay out my hanger, sleeves, gua sha blade, coconut oil hustle butter, CBD balm, PE logbook, heating pad, water, entertainment (usually just my Xbox controller and headset) and usually one of my meals bc I’m on a strict diet.

For some reason, I find it so satisfying to lay out everything I’ll need for the session (everything from actual PE devices to skin care) I am a personal trainer and online fitness coach(mainly to other professional bodybuilders) so my time is my money… I think this is why it makes my brain so happy to see how streamlined/multitasked I can make my entire routine.

Anyone else? Any comments about how you save time or multitask are more than welcome! Unfortunately I don’t work entirely remote so there’s a limit to the amount of time each day I can spend at my PE desk haha
