Post Body

So Iā€™ve just gotten back into routine after about a months hiatus due to a plateau in gains. Think I might have been hitting a wall due to ā€œsteel cordā€. So decided to make some changes while I get back into routine.

My previous routine involved using a hot water bottle to warm the tissue before doing light bfr/ tunica massage and semi-erect bends for 10 mins. 10 sets x 1 min interval extending followed by 4-6 sets x 5 min intervals depending on when I get into the 4-8% over measured BPFSL. 10 sets of 2 min intervals in a pump from 5-10hg depending on comfort. Iā€™d then finish off with a soft clamped edge for 10 mins. Iā€™ve was hitting target 2-4% post bpfsl but hadnā€™t seen a bpfsl gain in about 2.5 months.

I just received a IR heat pad in which I plan on using during all stages of my routine, hopefully to weaken the ā€œsteel cordā€ and break down the collagen tissue.

I bought some stacked rings aswell as theyā€™re probably more suited than a cut sleeve folded over itself as a cock ring.

I was thinking of adding in bundled extending to my routine but not sure where to add it in, whether it be before or after strain sets?

Would anyone suggest anything else to add?

P.S. most of my previous gains came from pumping before extending. Should I go back to this?
