Hey guys like most dudes who start off pumping you pack the base quick because it's usually thicker & you have more skin down there. But also, I feel so much pressure on the base, I'm just wondering is it possible to target mid shaft during a pump session long term? I seen BD pumped with a sleeve and I tried it once and from the mid shaft up I thought my D was going to explode!!! It technically "worked" to feel it less in the base but kind of scared me how much pressure I felt, and that was just at 5Hg. Thinking of doing it again but maybe just going to 3HG. Any thoughts on techniques or strategies?
