Sleeves for extenders

Can anyone recommend a good sleeve or other devise that can be used with an apex extender. I have gotten two sleeves from massive novelties and have tried double sleeving but have had 0 luck with creating a seel. I know it is a problem with the seel and not a cup issue becuase my whole gland fits in my cup. I am open to alternatives to sleeves if there is such a thing. I appreciate any input.
