TLDR: I may have zapped my dick with an EMS machine and now have a limp noodle. I can still get an erection but it is very difficult and with reduced sensation.

I will be asking my GP to refer me to a urologist.

I have an injury that is related to my quest to curing my premature ejaculation. Long story short, I'm 45 and until recently my penis was in peak condition. It was working even better than it did in my 20s. All the enlargement work I had been doing had resulted in great erection quality. I could get multiple erections a day and they were full strong elections.

I then Rea's a post by another user who said he used an EMS machine for up to 80 minutes placing the one electrode at the perineum and the other electrode at the top side of the base of the penis. I wish I had never read that post.

I tried it that night for 30 minutes at a low output where I could barely feel the current. However, later that night when I went to pee, my penis was pale white and numb with almost zero sensation. I had the shock of my life. I checked myself into an Emergency Deprtment arounf 1am and even the nurses and doctor on duty were surprised. Before leaving for hospital, I took a Viagra hoping to get some blood into my penis, but I didn't have an erection until 6am which I was relieved. By 7am, the urology team were in and some blood had returned to my penis. They said I needed an ultrasound. I got the ultrasound and the radiologist was very reassuring. Apparently the structure of the penis looks correct and there is bloodflow throughout the penis all the way to the glans.

However, the penis is still quite numb, there seems to be some sensation returning to the glans so I'm relieved but it doesn't feel the same. My flaccid penis feels very lump. When I squeeze it, there's hardly a reaction. It is also very difficult to get an erection, I have to arouse myself with the pinkies fantasy I can think of and since I am very aroused I climax very quickly.

As I said, I wish I had never read that post. I went from peak penile health to a limp noodle. The radiologist said she's seen a man recover from a fractured penis so thinks I should be fine. Any thoughts or input? I will be asking my GP to refer me to a urologist.
