bathmate questions and some advice

do any of the bathmates have a pressure gauge on them? never done any kind of pumping in my life or jelquing or anything (why i have no idea lol).
currently 6.5x5.5 erect and looking to get to 7 long x6 thick. is the bathmate best for that kind of gain? Im honestly overwhelmed by all of the advice in here, so any guidance would be helpful. thanks fellas
