No more edema

Been pumping for nearly 6 months. Probably pump 5 times a week for 30 mins (5 mins x6, 10HG, 10 mins heat pad after) I was getting a lot of edema which I know are not gains but now it’s very very minimal if any at all. Only problem is after pumping I don’t feel the instant verification that I’ve actually done something, so struggling to stay motivated. Any tips ?
