Maaaaan. After waiting a month for my python clamp, it finally arrived!

I fight with the sleeve and FINALLY get it on. I put everything together and test it out by pumping it with air. Now I'm being hissed at by the device 👀

I check it out and there was a small hole in the sleeve 😩😩

SO. that's okay, the kit came with two. I take the device apart and start working with the second sleeve. That one TEARS!!!

defeated, I ordered two packs of sleeves from Fenrir, but have to wait even looooonger to try it out.

I HAVE to be doing something wrong to be destroying these sleeves so easily. Anyone have advice on getting the sleeves on?
