I have been doing pe for about a year. Manuel’s for first 9 months. Now have high tension (hogstretcher). Trying a new theory for growth. I will do the interval extending, tunica release with scraping, and then low pressure pumping after each extending session.
It is my belief that it’s not necessary to pump to high pressure once you’ve stretched your penis with extension or hanging. The goal is to fill the stretched tissue to capacity. Bonus is no discoloration. I can reach the same dimensions pumping low pressure after extending as I can strictly pumping with high pressure.
