Yep, this works. Pumping didn't work for me though.
Post Body

I started out PE at 6.75 BPEL and about 4.9 MSEG. I'm now at about 7.5 BPEL and 5.3 MSEG.

I don't have original before and after pictures but here are some that showcase my girth gains since December.

Ive been at this for about a year and a half. My routine has been a mixture of manual stretching, kegel clamping, pumping, and extender use. Of those I never stuck to anything behind about 3 months. I did pump regularly for nearly a year and followed all of the meta with respect to protocol but did not gain anything at all in girth.

In December of 2024, I got pneumonia and switched from pumping to an irregular kegel clamping routine. Nothing specific or regimented. By January I found that I had grown about .125 of any inch.

Since then I've been hard clamping 3x a week for 3 sets of 8-10 minutes. I've also been extending 3-4x a week for 1-2 hours at betwen 8-10lbs of tension.

These are not fantastic pictures but there clearly is growth going on here for my girth.

And, yes, I really am 7.25-7.5 BPEL but the angle on this picture is awful. Either way, length has come easier to me than girth and I'm elated to see consistent progress.
