Reverse Kegel Problems.
Post Body

So, the good news is that I have been making consistent gains. Even better has been that my ED has been improving as well. Except for my glans.

My CS has been expanding more but my glans remains entirely deflated unless I kegel.

From what i gather, the key to resolving this is to relax my pelvic floor and practice reverse kegels.

Given the cue of "trying to pee faster or pass a bowel movement" I've given it a shot while keeping and either nothing happens or my urine flow slows down.
I'm certainly not kegeling but something clearly is off here.

Just as an observation. When my 3-year old son strains to poop, he actually develops and erection-- which greatly distresses him 😂. I however cannot perform that same trick-- what gives?

I do wonder if I suffered a PF injury bmxing a long time ago. I went off a jump and landed on the cross bar with my perineum. I can't specifically remember a time where my glans was all the way filled and shiny but I never really paid attention to that until recently.

I would really like it if my glans would fill without me needing to kegel. My shaft is making gains and my glans is already smaller than my shaft, I would rather not have that massive of a difference between them.

Any thoughts here? If I did injury my PF at like 10 years old, is there a way to recover from this?

Fwiw. I did Hink's stretching routine for quite a while and saw improvement with my CS but not my glans.
