When I see people suggest you can't simultaneously train in the gym AND do PE.
Post Body

One of the biggest things that chaffs my balls is when a bunch of redditors with salty attitudes who CANT STAND to see someone succeed say things like:

"why are you doing PE when you have a 3-in fat pad you should go to the gym first and lose all of that blubber".

The fact of the matter is you can do both! In fact going to the gym isn't even the best way for you to alter your body composition! Modifying your diet to a slightly below maintenance calorie level and engaging in activities as mild as walking for 30 minutes per day have been shown to be the most effective methods to losing fat and keeping the fat off!

I have nearly a 2 inch fat pad. Why don't I care? Because in my sport I'm an all tome top 100 powerlifter chasing a 1000lbs squat. And because losing 50lbs would fuck all that up.

Having a huge long dong isn't my life's purpose. Just another hobby of mine.
