TotalMan cups Please Help

Guys I bought an Apex with some totalman cups. It seems like you have to be a damn scientist to figure out how to get these cups right. Tape , no tape, water trick it all seems so damn complicated. Is there any videos or instruction that anyone can point me to so I don't get an injury. Thanks in advance guys
